By accessing or using Vertical ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Vertical is a platform for managing creators and their deliverables. Creators can track content obligations, submit posts, and view contracts. Associates and team members can manage creator relationships, set up contracts, and track deliverables.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display it as necessary to operate the Platform. We respect intellectual property rights and expect you to do the same.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
We may modify these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
