Vertical ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Creator Hub. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, who receives it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.
We use this information to create and secure accounts; manage creator relationships, contracts, and content; make and reconcile payments; prepare required tax reporting such as Forms 1099; prevent fraud; investigate disputes and security events; comply with legal obligations; communicate with you; and operate and improve Creator Hub.
We disclose personal information only as needed to operate Creator Hub and meet our obligations. Recipients may include our authorized staff and contractors; cloud hosting, email, security, database, and payment providers; accountants, tax preparers, auditors, legal advisers, and insurers; business counterparties in a merger, financing, or sale; and tax authorities, regulators, courts, or law enforcement when required or permitted by law. Service providers may use the information only to provide contracted services or as otherwise permitted by law.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information. Passwords are hashed. TIN, W-9 identity/signature fields, and bank-account details are encrypted with access-controlled keys. Sensitive reads and changes are logged, and audit records are retained separately from ordinary application activity. Access is limited by role and business purpose. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. We will provide legally required breach notices.
We keep current account, contract, payment, and tax records while our relationship is active and afterward for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal needs. Superseded W-9 and payout records, and the audit logs describing access to them, are kept for seven years from each record's date. Some information may be retained longer when a legal hold, investigation, tax rule, or unresolved dispute requires it. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you.
We may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions and improve your experience. You can adjust your browser settings to limit or disable cookies.
The platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information; receive a portable copy; restrict or object to certain processing; and appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a legal privacy right. Some requests are limited by exceptions—for example, we may have to keep W-9, payment, contract, fraud-prevention, or audit records required by law or needed to establish or defend legal claims. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the updated date and provide any additional notice required by law.
